Denials for following the rules

Last week was denied for competitor shop when rules are contradictory.
  one rule said you had to buy produce
  another rule said you were only allowed to buy items in the competitor's ad.
  

Well the competitor didn't sell produce...thus, they didn't have produce in their ad.


This week, I am denied because I bought more than 1 box of tissue?
I had 11 unique items in my cart... and my subtotal was over $40.00.
Competitor's ad allows you to buy assorted varieties...which I did.

Now, I'm denied for it?

Ridiculous.
