Hi. I'm new. Only been doing jobs for a week. My score just hit 200. So I'm not super experienced but I feel like a couple small tweeks would make the app way more user friendly and they should be relatively easy to make. :-)
1. Different colored pins for different job types. Priority - flames or red. Purchase required - green. Audits -blue. Etc.
2. Add additional filters. Check boxes to show a given field so you could leave out regular audits if you wanted to focus on the purchase required beer glass audits etc.
3. A percentage indicator that lets agents know how close the campaign is to hitting the quota. Maybe that could be posted on the site not actually in app.
4. Report job as "out of area". Sometimes a job says it is a couple miles away and its actually hundreds of miles away. This would help everyone because I'm sure if it is showing on my map it probably isn't showing on the map where it is actually located.
if anyone else has ideas you could share them here too and maybe we could make a great thing even better.

One other idea would be to increase the reserve time for agents with higher scores. Like over 100 is 3 hours over 200 is 4 hours. Etc. I for one would like to be able to plan a definite route and know that I will have all the jobs i planned for, and 2 hours is not much time. For example easy shift allows between 8 and 24 hours to do the jobs.

specify exactly what type of picture is needed. this would include isle they are considering the main aisle based on entering the store and facing down the aisles or whatever. every merchandising company has their idea of what is the main aisle and it is not always the same aisle. same for any other picture where anything exactly what they need will be denied. TELL US WHAT YOU NEED!!!

I totally second the color coding on the map! I don't like to do the fast food survey shops (because I'm usually trying to wrangle a 2 year old and a 2 month old with me and those ones are just WAY too difficult to complete with them) and checking the map to find the closest shop can be kind of overwhelming when those come through.

how about not updating the job list every few minutes? when i scroll through the list it is constantly searching for new jobs. can i change a setting? it gets really annoying when you look through 400 SH and have to update it every few steps

We need notifications when new jobs are available. Like "Dear Agent-- 5 new jobs have been added!" I know the workers do sent out notifications, but we need immediate ones. I hate getting notifications from them saying "Hey Agents, please complete this _______ job" when I completed it two days ago.
I also agree with longer time for completion. In another job application I usually can choose how long I want to complete it. They usually give me ranges like 3 hours, 24 hours and 3 days. For example--- Field Agent had jobs open the other day to take pictures of businesses. I only had two hours to complete it. However, another app I have, they give me 5 days. 5 days>2 hours all day.
If we get denied a job for a simple reason like a picture wasn't clear, we should be able to open up the job and fix the mistake instead of complete the whole thing over again. There have been times where I have been denied a long job just because there was a product cut out in the picture. I had to go back to the store and do the whole job over again. It would be nice if I could open up the job that was denied, find the picture and re-take it and re-submit the work.
I think companies need to offer us more tips. Like the restaurant audit prices. We have to go in and take pictures of the menu at like Burger King or something. 99% of the time there is a cashier at the register looking at you, waiting for you to order. It's kind of intimidating thinking about having to pull your phone out and take a picture. That's why I haven't completed one of those jobs yet. It would be nice if every company informed it's employees or gave us a letter to show employees in case we are ever questioned. I get asked a lot "Can I help you?" because sometimes you have to look for a product and employees are watching you. I know during a ad-removal at Rite Aid, they sent out letters to managers saying people from 'Store-Board Media' would be there. When I introduced myself the manager was like "Oh yeah, I remember seeing the letter!" One time when I was at Walmart to take a picture of a food-sample cart. Employee was like "No, you are NOT taking a picture" I was still paid for the job without a picture, but stil.
Think that's it for now!

It would be great if an agent could mark a job as "ignore" or "not interested". This way when you're looking at hundreds (or more) of jobs you can at least remove the ones that aren't in your proximity. This would be especially good for SH items which can be regional products, and make searching through the remaining items a bit easier and more efficient.
