Do you have any suggestions for the blog? Is there anything you would like to see added? Is there anything you'd like to be explained more/better? Have you found it helpful? I'm looking for constructive criticism and honest feedback. And, of course, I'm open to ANY and ALL suggestions  |

I used to be able to see the jobs resevered in my area by other agents. Now that the app had an update I can't find/see the reserved jobs anymore. Why did it change?

A place to post pics of SH items agents find with tags for the UPC number. Would make it easier to find the items with a pic.

Tsmith, I heard back from Andrew and wanted to update you. He said, "We removed that feature from the app. Basically because we didn't really know if Agents used it. When we decided to clean up the look of the app, that was a feature that we decided wasn't really being used. " Personally, I never lookd at the reserved jobs (which is why I didn't even notice that feature was missing, lol) so his explanation makes complete sense for me  |

I have just started with and I love the SH, but the descriptions are really hindering me. Its probably just because I am new and will get easier with time. Does anyone know where I can get help understanding the Acronyms? I have tried to lookup the partial UPC and the database says it can handle partial UPC's but it still cant find them.
also, is there anyway to reserve the jobs I want to do or is it strictly first come first serve?

I'm not sure about the acronyms but YES, you can reserve jobs on the board Once you reserve the job, you have 2 hrs to complete it. If you don't complete it within the 2 hrs, you will lose points and won't be able to see the job anymore. I wouldn't reserve SH jobs though... not being able to complete/find them would mean you would need to cancel or let the timer run out (you lose points for both). It could, potentially, crush your agent score. I'm not sure if you've read through the blog yet, but if your score gets below 75, you will be "fired" and unable to see jobs  |
